Energy Systems Group is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our Public Sector Central team. The role is remote with frequent travel (50-75%) and requires coordinating project execution from design to installation and ongoing service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.
• Seven+ years of engineering and construction-related experience.
• Experience developing schedules and managing project budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including customers, engineers, and contractors.
• Knowledge of OSHA, Federal, State safety regulations.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with engineering staff to ensure accurate estimates and pricing aligned with project goals.
• Develop and maintain ongoing customer contact to schedule work and communicate progress, costs, and training.
• Manage contracts, quotes, and scheduling with outside contractors and vendors; ensure on-time arrival of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure project cost objectives are met and monitor change management, billings, and margins.
• Supervise field employees and coordinate ESG finance and accounting support for project tracking.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations and ESG policies.
