Job summary

CBRE Turner & Townsend PJM US LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Energy & Sustainability projects, including solar infrastructure construction, from initiation through completion. The role is remote in the Eastern Time Zone with approx.

10% overnight travel to client sites. Responsibilities include managing multi-project PM activities, client scoping, budgeting, scheduling, risk, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope, resources, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Lead and coach other project managers to develop expertise.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and resolve issues.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review status and collaborate on solutions.
