Job summary

BNBuilders is seeking a Project Executive in California to lead day-to-day construction operations, project management, and administration. You will help shape corporate policies to meet goals and support the company mission.

The role offers significant responsibility with a salary range of $240,000–$280,000, comprehensive benefits, ESOP participation after 1 year, and profit-based bonus eligibility. Office and site work are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year degree program in construction management or construction science.
• 10+ years of experience assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups.

Responsibilities

• Enhance client relationships through award winning service, follow-up, and successful project completion.
• Promote positive subcontractor relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing in the up-front setup of projects to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach project team to ensure skills and goals are developed.
• Identify and execute on new business development opportunities within the industry.
• Formulate and develop contract terms with clients and communicate to project team.
• Ensure project strategy is clearly defined and communicated.
• Ensure implementation and compliance of policies and procedures on projects.
• Guide multiple jobs and teams through pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction.
• Identify risks and develop plans to mitigate impact on client operations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management or construction science
