Job summary

Elite Contracting Solutions Llc seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee all construction phases from pre-construction to closeout across residential, commercial, maintenance, and investor renovation projects.

The role requires strong organization, proactive leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required; PMP/CCM or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and project controls.
• Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects concurrently from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and field personnel.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and execution plans.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and permits for compliance.
• Maintain project records, schedules, budgets, contracts, and correspondence.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across sites.
• Build relationships with clients, investors, property owners, and vendors.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
