Job summary

Endeavor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead owner-side tenant improvements, interior buildouts, and tenant-facing project delivery for a multi-million-square-foot portfolio. This high-visibility role covers budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor and vendor management, and coordination between leasing and construction teams to drive projects to finish on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience in institutional CRE and a degree in Construction Management,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in CRE
• Institutionally-minded CRE developer/owner or large GC experience
• Experience providing planning and support for capital improvement and rehabilitation projects, including documentation management
• Exposure to contract negotiation, procurement coordination, and reporting
• Commercial office experience required

Sr. Construction PM | Developer/Owner | Commercial

We are working with an established, highly-successful CRE developer/owner that is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help lead owner-side tenant improvements, interior buildouts, and tenant-facing project delivery for institutional-grade projects across their multimillion-square-foot portfolio.

This is a high-visibility role, on a fast-paced team, that will cover everything from budgeting and project timelines, to subcontractor and vendor management, to bridging the gap between leasing and construction teams. Additionally, this focuses on both existing-space projects, new tenant buildouts, and works across the organization to get projects through the finish line.

Experience

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally with an institutionally-minded CRE developer/owner, or large GC
• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or related
• Experience providing planning and support for medium/large-scale capital improvement and rehabilitation projects, including all associated documentation management
• Exposure to contract negotiation, procurement coordination, and all associated reporting
• Commercial office experience required
