Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Project Management Consultant to deliver end-to-end management of real estate projects for a designated market or client account.

You will oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with scope and schedule. You will guide resource planning, prepare budgets and milestones, manage risk, and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for a single real estate project.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, budget, milestones, and schedules.
• Define delivery resources; conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligning with client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team to achieve goals.
• Track progress and report status and variances.
• Develop risk mitigation plans for identified threats.
• Apply standard principles to deliver innovative solutions.
• Coach team members and share in-depth knowledge.
