Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects in Ellendale, ND. The ideal candidate will have a strong MEP background, experience with Procore and related tools, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines.
• Familiarity with construction/project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.
