Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably electrical construction.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, strategic planning, team leadership, procurement, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical construction projects.
• Develop and track project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors for favorable terms.
• Implement strategic plans to achieve project objectives and efficient resource use.
• Lead and manage project teams to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to ensure availability.
• Identify and manage project risks and mitigate potential issues.
• Resolve changes to scope, schedule, and costs promptly.
• Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring compliance with codes.
• Make critical decisions quickly to keep projects progressing smoothly.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely services.
• Utilize MS Project and other PM tools to report progress to senior management.
