Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction.

• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and construction reviews.
• Proficient in technical design execution and progress reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource planning.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.
• Coordinating MEP systems and ensuring alignment with specs.
• Conducting construction reviews and design execution for quality.
• Delivering executive reports including forecasts and progress updates.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring project documentation is complete and stored properly.
