Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction superintendent role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, coordination, and quality control skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from planning to implementation.
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Enforce OSHA safety policies and promote a culture of safety.
• Coordinate and schedule construction activities and resources.
• Manage material coordination and ensure timely delivery and storage.
• Monitor work quality and address issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to meet specifications.
• Maintain project records, progress reports, and safety/quality data.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and report data.
• Handle on-site issues or emergencies promptly.
