The role emphasizes QA/QC, safety, and timely delivery, with opportunities to work on multiple fast-moving projects and long-term programs, requiring 10+ years' experience and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction related field.
• 10+ years professional experience working on large building construction or civil projects valued above $10 million.
• Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components.
• Experience or comparable training in inspecting large scale building construction projects.
• Knowledgeable and experienced with Uniform Building Code.
• Possess an OSHA 30 certification.
• Understand Microsoft Office Applications, CPM schedules, Microsoft Project and P6 programs.
• Proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and Office applications and scheduling applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate progression of trades and design-field staff on active projects.
• Support Senior Project Manager with RFI tracking, contract document review, forecasts and cost scheduling.
• Prepare change order reviews and review payments.
• Assist D&C or consulting with PM or EIC on payment applications and meetings minutes.
• Write meeting minutes, prepare regular reports, and conduct field inspections as required.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and security requirements are met across multiple projects.
