Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team. The role focuses on leading project teams, cultivating owner relationships, and driving preconstruction activities.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and commissioning, while advancing risk management and design development. Travel to sites is required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management.
• 10+ years of proven experience, preferably in the Mission Critical industry.
• Willing to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and grow project owner relationships and other stakeholders.
• Engage in preconstruction: bid procedures, reviews, qualifications, estimating, procurement strategy and scheduling.
• Manage QA/QC program and commissioning processes.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budgets.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead construction progress meetings; oversee design development.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
