Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our National Mission Critical team. You will manage project teams, budgets, and deliver high customer satisfaction on complex mission-critical facilities.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and 10+ years' experience, with travel as needed. You will drive preconstruction activities, QA/QC, commissioning, and risk/negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management required.
• 10+ years of proven experience in mission-critical construction preferred.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and subcontractors.
• Cultivate owner relationships and relationships with all professional groups.
• Engage in preconstruction: bid procedures, reviews, qualifications, estimating, procurement strategy, scheduling.
• Oversee QA/QC program and commissioning processes.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations and budgeting decisions.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development.
• Travel as needed for projects.
