Job summary

Tech 24 Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish. You will estimate, plan, execute, and close out projects within schedule, budget, and quality constraints, while mentoring junior project management staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating with owners, designers, and landlords, managing master schedules, and guiding subcontractor relationships to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years PM experience in commercial construction; 5 years preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams including APMs, site superintendents, and field crews.
• Enforce contract terms with subcontractors and vendors.
• As the project POC, assist design professionals, owners, and landlords.
• Develop and manage master schedules and look-ahead schedules.
• Mentor junior team members and develop PM talent.
• Coordinate bid clarifications and project documentation.
