Job summary

360 Headhunter is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager/Estimator to lead commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, preparing accurate estimates and bids, and managing schedules and resources. Strong communication and leadership are essential, with a bachelor’s in construction management preferred and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management and estimating.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
• Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
