• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety practices.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Review and approve contracts, submittals, RFIs, and construction documents.
• Ensure timely project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and client handoff.
