Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day management of complex construction projects. You will craft project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage risk, and monitor progress against schedules to deliver on client expectations.

The role requires 7+ years of construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to negotiate with owners and trade contractors. You’ll drive safety, support proposals, and mentor project teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 7+ years of construction experience; GC experience on large projects preferred.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Understanding of the financial, operational and strategic aspects of a construction project.
• Ability to make timely, effective decisions and manage projects start to finish.
• Strong relationship building with owners and trade contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule and financial reporting.
• Manage project risks and communicate with stakeholders to maintain schedule.
• Lead project team development and conduct monthly status reports.
• Oversee project close-out, turnover of manuals and final payment documents.
• Develop relationships with owners, engineering and design firms.
• Drive a culture of safety on the site and support proposals/presentations.
• Recruit top industry talent and contribute to business growth.
