You will coordinate with directors, estimators, and superintendents, review contracts and project manuals, manage schedules in Procore, and drive risk controls while maintaining client satisfaction. This role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management (or equivalent), 5+ years of PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years proven project management experience in commercial projects.
• Working knowledge of Procore or related software.
• Excellent computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Construction or building/facilities management background.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and direct construction management for assigned projects.
• Attend hand-off meetings with Directors and Estimating team.
• Review contracts, project manuals, and requirements with clients.
• Manage project schedules, submittals, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with superintendents and project coordinators to maintain records.
