Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field; 4+ years may substitute for degree.
• 7 years of industry experience on projects valued at $5M+; at least 3 years as a Project Manager.
• Scheduling software experience and document control experience.
• Graduate-level degree and/or Associate Contractor Certification preferred.
• 10+ years of industry experience on projects valued at $10M+ including at least 3 years as Project Manager.
• Demonstrated leadership experience; OSHA certification; P6 scheduling software experience; project management software experience; experience across multiple market sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage contract administration, procurement, document control, and project finances.
• Oversee risk management, scheduling, quality control, and owner/subcontractor relationships.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Interns, and Project Administrators.
