Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years +/- experience as an Assistant Project Manager
• 6-10 years of construction experience
• Preferred four-year degree in a construction-related curriculum

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and administer the contract with the owner and all subcontractors
• Monitor and manage costs, contract changes, and other financial aspects
• Coordinate with the field Superintendent to ensure timely, cost-effective execution of quality work
• Procure, review, approve, and deliver all building components to the project site
• Draft, secure DO approval, and execute all project subcontracts and purchase orders
• Develop project schedules with the Superintendent and manage updates for on-site compliance
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects/engineers, and subcontractors
• Negotiate Owner-Contractor terms and ensure compliance with contract documents
