Job summary

Richard, Wayne & Roberts is pursuing a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact construction programs from inception to delivery. You will own major projects end-to-end, including profitability, client relations, and cross-functional coordination with design, field, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large, complex construction projects.
• Strong ownership of project profitability and budget.

• Background in big box retail, warehouse, or distribution projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-format retail warehouse builds (80K–230K SF).
• Own P&L, client relationships, and project delivery.
• Coordinate across design, field, and leadership teams.
• Drive profitability and schedule-driven execution on fast timelines.
