Job summary

Avsar Construction Development, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager I to oversee multiple construction projects, resolve complex issues, meet schedules and budgets, and coordinate with architects, engineers and regulators through all project phases.

Ideal candidates have 20+ years in PM/construction (or 25+ with CCM), a related bachelor's, and strong leadership. Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore and Microsoft tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with extensive construction program leadership experience.
• Experience delivering educational/public works or large commercial projects.
• CCM preferred or degree substitution acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects through planning, design, procurement, construction and closeout.
• Supervise Owner Authorized Representatives (OARs) on projects.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks and performance.
• Review change orders and assess cost/schedule impacts.
• Assist with procurement strategies, bid evaluations, and contracts.
• Review payment applications and manage project finances.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and regulators.
• Prepare executive reports on status, budgets, schedules and risks.
