Michael Anthony Contracting seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience with a GC or CM.
• Proven track record delivering projects $20M+; multiple $50M+ projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of commercial, industrial, multifamily, or institutional construction projects (typically $20M+).
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, cash flows, and resource plans using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Oversee procurement strategy: bid packages, prequalification, scope reviews, bid leveling, contracts.
