Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Capable of managing projects $50 - $100 million in size.
• Must possess advanced knowledge of construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles, materials and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop business opportunities within the assigned division.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Serve as primary liaison for owner and partner entities.
• Ensure project is built to design, budget and schedule.
• Lead project meetings, documentation and tracking of statuses.
• Direct and supervise project managers, superintendents, and engineers to maintain client relationships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
