Job summary

Brinkmann Constructors seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee planning, directing, coordinating, and financial outcomes for large, complex construction projects valued at $150M+. You will guide the team through conceptual development, scheduling, and execution, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership of Project Engineers and Superintendents, with opportunities to influence budgets, change orders, and client relationships across diverse commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering $150M+ projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Direct all construction activities and administrative processes to ensure project success.
• Lead safety programs and quality audits on site.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and change orders.
• Coordinate resources and communicate with stakeholders to mitigate risk.
