Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 7–10 years of Augusta, GA area construction project management experience.
• Experience on projects valued up to $20 million.
• Equivalent combination of education or experience.

Responsibilities

• Source projects through local Augusta community networking and project databases.
• Perform pre-construction planning, scheduling, estimating and quality control.
• Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships and environment for the entire project team.
• Communicate with entire project team regarding schedule, cost, safety, quality, changes and risks.
• Properly manage multiple projects through established project controls and procedures.
• Management of all project contract documentation, including permitting and licensing.
• Coordination with Project Superintendent(s) regarding schedule, procurement, quality, equipment, manpower and logistics.
• Lead project meetings during pre-construction and construction phases.
• Manage project closeout, ensuring client satisfaction.
