You will coordinate with clients, design teams, and field operations to drive performance and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of PM experience on projects up to $20 million and a strong grasp of scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of PM experience in the Augusta, GA area.
• Experience managing projects up to $20 million.
• Ability to source, estimate, schedule, manage and complete building projects.

Responsibilities

• Source projects through local Augusta community networking and project databases.
• Pre-construction planning, scheduling, estimating and quality control.
• Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships for the project team.
• Communicate with project team regarding schedule, cost, safety, quality, changes and risks.
• Manage multiple projects through established project controls and procedures.
• Handle project contract documentation, permitting and licensing.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent(s) on schedule, procurement, quality, equipment, manpower and logistics.
• Lead project meetings during pre-construction and construction phases.
• Manage project closeout and client satisfaction.
