Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial construction/restoration.
• Proven ability to manage construction projects valued between $1–5 million.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex construction projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and collaborate with internal contracts teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership and forecasts.
• Oversee project financials, including profit & loss and projections.
• Provide leadership to project teams and collaborate with estimators and sales.
