STRUCTURAL in Augusta, GA is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects with strong autonomy and cross-functional leadership. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules and safety programs from investigation to execution, delivering strong results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial construction/restoration.
- Experience with concrete repair, strengthening, and/or industrial maintenance projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management/forecasting tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and collaborate with contracts teams.
- Develop and manage project schedules with field leadership.
- Oversee project financials with profit & loss responsibility.
