Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in the construction/steel industry.
• At least 12 years in project management with experience in structural & miscellaneous steel.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans, documents, specifications, and contracts.
• Plan, organize, and control large commercial building projects.
• Communicate with vendors, general contractors, architects, and company personnel.
• Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedule.
• Assist in training of Assistant Project Managers.
