Job summary

Element2 Group seeks an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager in Boston to lead large public and commercial projects. You will drive all phases from pre-construction to closeout, with a focus on projects over $10M, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality results.

The role requires hands-on project execution, financial oversight, and strong leadership skills. Procore proficiency is required, with collaboration across owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in construction project management.
Proven experience managing public and commercial construction projects.
Demonstrated success managing projects with budgets exceeding $10M.
Strong proficiency with Procore (required).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
Oversee projects with contract values exceeding $10M, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop and manage detailed project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Maintain full ownership of project financials including cost control, change orders, and risk management.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
