Job summary

One Source Construction LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Construction Project Manager to take full ownership of commercial and public projects from start to finish. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall financial performance while coordinating with field teams and leadership.

The role requires at least 5 years of PM experience on commercial/public builds, proficiency in Procore and MS Office, and compliance with OSHA 30-hour standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial or public construction projects independently.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Comfortable managing projects up to $1M+.
• Massachusetts CSL (PREFERRED)
• OSHA 30 Hour (REQUIRED)
• Driver's License (REQUIRED)
• Safety standards knowledge and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Work closely with field staff and superintendents to align office planning with on-site execution.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore.
• Ensure billing is prepared, accurate, and submitted on time by coordinating with accounting and field teams.
• Identify risks early and take action to keep projects on track.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, field staff, and leadership.
