  • 10+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong client relationships and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with General Contractor or Construction Manager background.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
  • Oversee project financial performance, schedule, quality, and execution.
  • Lead preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor buyout.
  • Negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements.
  • Establish and maintain critical path schedules.
  • Manage project budgets, job costing, forecasting, billing, and cost-to-complete.
  • Oversee change-order strategy, pricing, documentation, and negotiations.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop project teams while coordinating with field leadership.
  • Identify financial, technical, scheduling, and contractual risks and develop solutions.
  • Maintain and expand long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee QA/QC, punch list, turnover, final financial reporting, and project closeout.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong background working for a General Contractor or Construction Manager
  • Demonstrated success managing complex commercial construction projects
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities concurrently
  • Strong command of project financials, contracts, buyout, scheduling, procurement, and change management
  • Proven client relationship and team leadership skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Approximately $160K, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and life insurance.
