Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in the United States is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects, overseeing planning, budgets, schedules, and vendor coordination in a demanding real estate environment.

You will manage design and construction teams, collaborate with development, brokerage, leasing, and tenants, ensure compliance with codes, and deliver projects on time and within budget. This 100% in-office role requires strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, or Business Management with at least 7 years of related experience.
• Strong construction experience including ground up/large developments and infrastructure projects.
• Practical understanding of local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting while taking direction from multiple project leaders.
• Experience with development, financing, and pro forma generation.
• Ability to collaborate with executive, development, leasing, and investment teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessments and project plans.
• Manage design and construction teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Develop, present for approval, budgets and schedules.
• Provide timely project management documentation and reporting.
• Maintain schedule and budget updates; present to clients and executives weekly.
• Collaborate with development, brokerage, leasing, client, tenant, architect, engineer, and contractors.
• Mentor and develop Project Coordinators, Associate PMs, and PMs.
• Network in the community on behalf of the company.
