Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Proven experience with RFIs, RFPs, submittals, and change orders.
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• PMI/PMP certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to close.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and propose solutions.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, RFPs, submittals, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
• Control costs and ensure on-budget delivery.
• Lead project meetings and set team expectations.
• Develop risk management plans and mitigation strategies.
