Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing ground-up commercial or multifamily projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and field operations.
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar).
• Ability to lead project meetings and maintain reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
