Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial/public construction.
• Experience in education, healthcare, municipal, or corporate sectors.
• Strong CM processes knowledge including budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
• Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, or General Contracting delivery methods.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure a high-quality experience.
