Jobot is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager in Indiana to lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and teams, coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and vendors while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Knowledge of contract administration and project delivery methods.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Experience conducting client meetings and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
