The role emphasizes collaboration with custodial and facilities teams to deliver functional, secure spaces. The position requires 8+ years in construction, 5+ years in PM/CM, and strong communication; travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Construction Project Management or related field.
• 8+ years in construction, with 5+ years in PM/CM roles.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and complex drawings.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Asana, Procore is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clearly develop and communicate scope of work to end-users, partners, and vendors.
• Manage project budgets, change requests, and amendments.
• Coordinate with Procurement to select consultants/contractors and analyze bids.
• Oversee schedules and project sequencing, mitigate risks and disruptions.
• Monitor progress and quality to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
