Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead complex design and construction initiatives across a branch facility.

You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and vendors to deliver functional spaces that align with security and operational needs. Ideal candidates bring eight+ years in construction/PM, proficiency with Bluebeam/Asana/Procore, and the ability to coordinate with procurement and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience in Construction Project Management.
• Eight+ years of relevant construction field experience.
• Five+ years' experience in Project Management and/or Construction Management.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and complex construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Clearly develop and communicate the scope of work to end-users, partners, and vendors.
• Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, including handling change requests and amendments.
• Work with the Procurement Department to select professional consultants and contractors by preparing bid instructions, hosting bid walks, responding to bidder inquiries, and analyzing bids.
• Implement established building standards by selecting appropriate fixtures, finishes, and furnishings.
• Lead reviews of drawings and specifications with end-users and partner representatives.
• Use knowledge of project sequencing to develop and oversee project schedules.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Provide regular communication and status updates to the facility team and stakeholders regarding project progress.
• Coordinate the design process and construction activities, including managing vendor building access.
