Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Senior Project Manager on-site on construction projects nationwide, including Culver City. You will lead from conceptual stages through closeout, directing design-build teams and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for projects valued from $60 million to over $250 million.

Responsibilities include building client and subcontractor relationships, managing budgets, and mentoring staff. Travel will be required; safety and quality are top priorities in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience managing construction projects ($50+ million) ideally design-build.
• Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Experience leading a project management team.

Responsibilities

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.
• Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage a design schedule.
• Establish project forecasts and budgets.
• Manage costs.
• Accept full responsibility for project execution.
