Job summary

Clayco is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site projects from conceptual stages through closeout, with project scopes ranging from $20 million to over $200 million. You will work with the project team to deliver design-build solutions on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires travel nationwide to support clients, coordinate with preconstruction, subcontractors, and the field team, and maintain tight cost management, safety, and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related.
• 6–10 years of experience managing construction projects ($25M+) ideally design-build.
• Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
• Able to walk the job site and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site projects from conceptual stages through closeout.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent and subcontractors.
• Oversee submittals, change orders, and pay requests.
• Assist in generation of project costs and Job Cost Reports.
• Forecast quarterly Total Cost Projection reports.
• Monitor and record training, labor, and equipment needs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, EEO, and affirmative Action programs.
• Support preconstruction services in bidding projects.
• Contribute to schedule and project close-out processes.
