Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design-build construction projects from concept through closeout. You will manage $60M–$250M programs, supervise preconstruction support, contracting, and end-to-end delivery on sites nationwide—with emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule.

Based on the construction site, you will build client and subcontractor relationships, mentor PM staff, and ensure budgets, forecasts, and costs are controlled while maintaining a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience managing construction projects ($50M+).
• Strong safety record and commitment to quality.
• Experience with set-up, budgets, buyout and cost reporting.
• Leadership of a PM team and ability to drive project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.
• Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to manage a design schedule.
• Establish project forecasts and budgets.
• Manage costs and ensure project execution.
• Mentor and develop project management staff.
• Walk the job site and ensure safety on multi-floor scaffolding.
