Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for on-site management of new custom-home projects across multiple sites in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. You will coordinate subcontractors, oversee design through pre-con, select subcontractors, and drive contracts, safety, and scheduling to project closeout.

The role requires experience in residential construction and a track record of leading 8–10 projects concurrently with high-end home values.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot building).
• Managing multiple projects (8–10) concurrently with homes up to $525–625k (avg).
• 4+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership in new construction.
• Strong communication with customers/owners and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan, schedule, and manage subcontractors on-site across multiple job sites.
• Oversee design to pre-construction processes, subcontractor selection, contracts, safety, and scheduling through closeout.
• Monitor budget and schedule while maintaining construction quality.
