Job summary

Project Manager - Superintendent role for a regional single-family home builder in Monroe/Charlotte NC. The position oversees pre-construction through completion, coordinating design, subcontractors, safety, and scheduling while maintaining budget and quality.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 DOE with bonus per home, plus benefits such as PTO, healthcare, 401(k), and a company car/phone allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, especially on-your-lot or scattered-lot projects.
• Manage 8–10 projects concurrently with home values up to $525–625k.
• 4+ years of successful operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building and excellent communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure high satisfaction.
• Oversee construction site management from design to CO/occupancy, including subcontractor selection, contracts, safety, and scheduling.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
