Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for New Custom-Home Construction in Monroe/Charlotte, NC. You will oversee multiple residential projects, coordinating with customers and subcontractors through design, pre-construction, contracts, safety, and scheduling to deliver high-quality homes.

This role offers a competitive compensation package with salary in the $80-90k range DOE, plus bonuses per home, auto/phone allowance, PTO, healthcare, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (on-your-lot or scattered-lot)
• Manage 8-10 projects simultaneously with home prices up to $525-625k
• 4+ years proven track record in operations and new construction
• Strong team-building and customer/owner communication skills

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers & subcontractors to ensure the highest satisfaction
• Construction site management from design & precon process, subcontractor selection & executing contracts to safety and scheduling through CO
• Ensuring Budget & Schedule are met while watching construction quality
