Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex programs from start to finish. You will manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and equipment, ensuring alignment with contracts and owner requirements.

You will coordinate engineering and scheduling teams, negotiate change orders, and deliver monthly forecasts to leadership. The role requires a strong track record in bid-build or design-build projects, superb interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage risk across

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in construction project management is required.
• 10+ years’ experience in managing personnel is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience with bid-build, CMCG, design-build, and other delivery methods is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and retain relationships.
• Ability to analyze financial documentation and manage project risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project from construction through closeout, aligning with contract and owner requirements.
• Develop and manage schedules, pay estimates, staffing, and equipment resources.
• Review contracts for completeness and resolve conflicts with owner.
• Lead engineering and scheduling teams, negotiate change orders.
• Prepare monthly cost and revenue forecasts and reports for leadership.
• Maintain relationships with supporting departments and project owner.
• Serve as main contact for third-party stakeholders and agencies.
• Review and approve media releases related to the project.
• Conduct weekly safety checks and support safety programs.
• Approve staffing and equipment needs to meet timelines.
• Participate in dispute resolution with legal support.
• Provide input on procurement methods and contracts.
• Lead project closeout, finalize paperwork, secure retainages, and review lessons learned.
