Job summary

RiseMe in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide full oversight of all project phases on-site, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedules, and budget.

You will coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, manage contracts and permits, and supervise site teams, reporting progress to owners and architects and implementing plan changes as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate numerous activities and groups under pressure.
• Graduate degree in construction management/construction science; MBA or accounting training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project.
• Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors on various phases of the project.
• Oversees performance of trade contractors and reviews drawings for compliance.
• Administers construction contracts and obtains permits and licenses.
• Supervises assistant managers, reviews reports, and ensures safety compliance.
• Tracks and controls schedule and costs to meet deadlines and budget.
• Reports progress to owners and architects and suggests plan modifications.
