Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Senior Project Manager – construction to lead multiple data center projects in Columbus, OH. You will oversee design-build coordination, procurement, and detailed scheduling, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires 10+ years in construction, a relevant degree, US citizenship, and strong knowledge of CSA/MEP disciplines, with safety compliance and effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Engineering/Architectural degree a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects.
• Datacenter experience preferred.
• CSA/MEP construction management experience required.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple data center construction projects.
• Develop detailed project schedules with milestones and procurement items.
• Coordinate design-build contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage RFPs, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and codes.
• Lead safety programs and enforce OSHA 30-hour standards.
