Job summary

RiseMe in Houston, TX is seeking a Project/Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors. You will report to the Project Director several times weekly and coordinate with subcontractors to keep schedules and budgets on track.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of superintendent experience, a High School diploma (college preferred), and certifications in asbestos, lead and mold, OSHA 30, with a valid driver's

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of Superintendent experience in all phases of construction.
• Commercial and residential experience preferred.
• Current asbestos, lead, and mold certifications.
• llCRC AMRT certification required.
• OSHA 30 hr construction course; valid State Driver's license and forklift operator certification.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manages high risk, high exposure and/or complex projects.
• Communicates professionally with customers, subcontractors and insurance.
• Provides technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants.
• Coordinates job starts and schedules with customers; monitors payment terms and A/R collections.
• Obtains city permits and inspections; ensures safety compliance (OSHA, EPA, SCAQMD).
• Uses Salesforce to manage projects, run reports, inputs, and forecasting.
